A Tribute to Kristin Erb, The Greatest
Pitcher In Division 2 College Softball History
Hello
Visitors and welcome to the Kristin Erb Tribute Page of
the Rock n' Fire softball website!!
This page
has been dedicated to the career accomplishments of
Kristin Erb, the greatest pitcher in the history of
Division 2 college softball, as well as the greatest of
all the great pitchers who have come through the Rock n’
Fire program.
We here at Rock
n’ Fire, are EXTREMELY PROUD of Kristin and all
of her accomplishments. For those of
you who do not know Kristin, she is a CLASS ACT
at all times, and a wonderful role model for young
players. She is as humble as she is dominant.
Because
Kristin's career has been so exceptional and
extraordinary thus far, I felt compelled to ask Kristin
for her permission to dedicate this tribute page to her.
As always, Kristin was very gracious and humble, while
agreeing to allow me to display this honor on her
behalf.
Kristin has
always displayed an amazing inner drive to go along with
her incredible talent and ability. She also
possessed the intense desire, dedication and work ethic
that it took to be the best pitcher in Division 2
college softball.
Kristin always
understood that athletes do not make it to the top of
their chosen sport on talent alone. That attitude
has now propelled Kristin to the professional ranks.
I am proud to say that Kristin has carried all of her
attributes to the pros with her.
Below is a list
of Kristin's exceptional career accomplishments.
Congratulations
Kristin!! You earned every bit of it!! WE
LOVE YOU!!!!

"Dan DeMarco has helped me grow
into the pitcher I am today. Not only did he stress the
importance of mechanics to me, he helped me develop my
mental game as well. He knows what he is doing, and I
trust him with my motion to the fullest. HE KNOWS THE
MOTION INSIDE AND OUT.
He breaks
down the mechanics and makes you work on it over and
over again, until it becomes natural. He is TOTALLY
COMMITTED to his pitchers, and helps them get better
each day.
Not only
is he a great pitching coach, he is a great person and a
great friend. He wants his girls to succeed in whatever
they do. He not only helps you grow as a player, but as
a person as well. He is a wonderful coach and a great
friend. I wouldn’t have gone to any other pitching coach
but him, and I still work with him to this day."
